Xiaomi Watch S1 & TWS earphones 3 launched in China

During Xiaomi’s event yesterday they announced their latest flagship phone in the form of the Xiaomi 12 series, which was the main highlight of the event, but along with the phones, Xiaomi had also launched two new devices – the Watch S1 and TWS earphones 3.

Xiaomi Watch S1

For the design of the Xiaomi Watch S1, it sports a round design with two main buttons for navigation, and it available in Black or Silver with the option of choosing from a leather or a rubber strap.

As for the specifications of the Xiaomi Watch S1, it has a 1.43″ AMOLED display paired with a full-color 466×466 resolution that pushes at 60Hz refresh rate which is all being powered by a 470mAh battery that Xiaomi claim will give you up to 12 days of typical usage.

The Xiaomi Watch S1 also comes with a heart rate sensor, SpO tracking, NFC support, as well as a microphone and speaker for phone calls. Additionally, it is packed with over 117 different exercise modes and is 5ATM waterproof so you’ll have no problem taking these out for a swim.

Xiaomi TWS Earphones 3

Earlier this year, Xiaomi launched the TWS Earphones 3 Pro, but now they have announced the base model, with the TWS Earphones 3 – the brand’s newest noise-canceling, affordable earbuds.

The design looks very similar to the original AirPods 2, with the long stem and weighs at around 4.6 grams for each earbud. They also don’t come with the silicon tips that the Xiaomi Earphones 3 Pro has, and they will be able to be pre-ordered in a white colorway.

These wireless earphones give you up to 40 decibels of active noise cancellation along with HiFi audio support and uses pressure-sensitive touch controls to use the device. Xiaomi also claim that these earphones can run for up to 7 hours with the earbuds, and up to 32 hours with the charging case.

The Xiaomi Earphones 3  will retail CNY499 (roughly RM327) but will have an introductory price of 449 Yuan (roughly RM250). It will be available starting from 31st December 2021 only in China with no news on an international launch, so stay tuned for more updates from us.
