Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra launched in Malaysia: Priced from RM4,299

The Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra has just been launched and it packs all sorts of impressive improvements across the board.

The display you get here is a 6.81-inch AMOLED WQHD+ quad-curved panel that pushes a whopping 120Hz refresh rate, on top of TrueColor and DCI-P3 colour output. There’s also HD10+ support and a peak brightness of 1,7000 nits as well.

For imaging is a 50MP main lens with OIS and dToF focus, 8K video recording, staggered HDR, Dual Native ISO Fusion and more. Alongside the main camera is a 48MP ultrawide lens, and a 48MP telephoto shooter capable of 120x AI super zoom. For selfies, you get a 20MP camera. What interesting about the camera bumps is that there’s a small display next to the lenses that also tell the time!

Under the hood is the infamous Snapdragon 888 chipset, alongside 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage. The SD 888 chip is known to get pretty toasty, but the Mi 11 Ultra has a three-phase cooling tech to keep temperatures low.

Powering the device is a 5,000mAh battery and support for up to 67W of wired and wireless charging.

The Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra is priced at RM4,299 and will be available to pre-order from April 8 onwards. The first 200 customers to pout in their orders will be entitled to a Limited Edition Mi Fans Gift Set. Visit their online store, or Lazada and Shopee pages to make your purchase.
