Win prizes worth RM11,000 when you participate in TikTok’s #CampusIdol Campaign

TikTok has recently partnered up with University Teknologi Mara (UiTM) and YouthsToday.com to launch its #CampusIdol Campaign. The campaign provides an opportunity to all Malaysian university students to showcase their creativity and talent to a global audience.

Other Universities such as Management & Science University, Aswara, University of Malaya, and Universiti Kuala Lumpurare are lending their support to this campaign by sharing this campaign with their respective art and creative student associations.

The campaign will be on going from the 20th of November till 4th of December 2018, where students who participates in this campaign could stand a chance to win prizes worth up to RM11,000, including 4 Honor Phones and exclusive passes to the TikTok year end party. Winning entries will be announced on 7th December 2018 at UiTM with celebrities including Arja Lee, Erma Fatima, Mawi, Rita Nadira and Farid Kamil.

For those who are interested to participate in this campaign, simply record your performance on TikTok, it can be a video of you singing, dancing, acting, playing a musical instrument and many other more. Once you’re done, submit your entry by hashtagging #CampusIdol followed by your University Hashtag (For example : #UniversityMalaya / #Aswara / #UiTMMusic / #MSU / #UniKL) in order to qualify.

You can submit as many entries as you want for a higher chance to win. Each winner must show a valid student ID from their respective universities or colleges to validate each winning entry. Fellow organizers will evaluate each video by the total video views, likes and shares for each category on TikTok.

The #CampusIdol initiative resonates with TikTok’s mission of capturing and presenting the world’s creativity, knowledge, and moments that matter by enabling everyone to be a creator. The company’s collaboration with renowned higher learning institutions in Malaysia underscores its commitment to furthering creativity across all industries, including education.
