We will be seeing a new Surface Pro soon

Images recently surfaced on a new Surface pro from Evan Blass but does not have model or series number to identify it, other than the rounded edges on the screen and a lack of USB-C port. It does however, look very close to the current Surface Pro 4.

The device is set to be shown at Microsoft’s Surface even in Shanghai on May 23rd and will likely get a upgrade in the processor to Kaby Lake according to Paul Thurrott, giving it a boost in performance, battery life and 4K video decoding powers. Other than that, the pen and keyboard will also get new color options.

However, Microsoft will not release a new Surface Book but they will be working on a new clamshell Surface Book without the detachable screen, a model with detachable screen or possibly both. It looks like we would need to wait till after the event to know more about this.
