Wiko is still releasing very decent smartphones in the market, and the latest in store is the View2 Plus that debuted in IFA 2018. Like other View siblings, the View2 Plus comes with a notched display measuring at 5.93″ with a 19:9 aspect ratio, though it merely comes with a HD+ resolution which we aren’t going to complain, it is a fully laminated IPS display with a 2.5D curved glass, decent enough for a device priced less than RM600.
Specs wise, the View2 Plus is powered by a Snapdragon 450 processor supported by 3GB RAM and 32GB of storage, there’s a 4000mAh battery onboard that should give you more than a day’s of usage. The phone also sports a dual 12MP+5MP rear camera with a large 1.25 μm pixel size, which should deliver some good entry-level photography performance, while the front camera is a 8-megapixel shooter with an LED flash.
On a side note, Wiko has also updated the affordable Y-range with the Tommy3 Plus, which also comes packed with value for moeny features, such as a 5.45″ HD+ 18:9 display, 13MP main and 5MP front camera, Face Unlock and a 2900mAh battery. The phone is available today at all Wiko authorised outlets and comes in 4 colors – Anthracite Mirror, Gold, Bleen and Cherry Red, it retails at an affordable price of RM399.
