World Health Organization has a WhatsApp chatbot to answer coronavirus-related concerns

WhatsApp recently launched an informational chatbot with WHO to provide answers to WhatsApp users’ coronavirus questions 24/7, no matter where they are.

To start the conversation, you just need to text the number +41225017655 and say, “hi”. The chatbot will then offer you several topics to pick from, including myth busters, travel advice, latest statistical reports and more.

These are all verified and trustworthy information that has been approved by the World Health Organization. In some cases, the chatbot will even redirect you to the official WHO website for any fact-checking purposes.

You can also choose to share the official link if you reply “7”. For those looking to donate, the chatbot will also provide you with a link to the COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund.

Instead of sharing or spreading uncertified information, direct your friends and family to the chatbot so that they can get accurate information no matter what time it is.
