Vivo’s SuperFlash 120W technology can fully charge a 4,000mAh battery in 13 minutes

Vivo has revealed a few amazing technology at MWC Shanghai 2019, including their 5G devices, vivo AR Glass and also Super FlashCharge technology.

Vivo made an announcement at MWC — its first commercial 5G smartphone will be made available starting from Q3 2019, so it’s only a matter of time before we get to purchase a vivo phone with 5G connectivity. Alongside the 5G phone, vivo also demonstrated a few 5G applications like 5G Cloud Game, 5G Screen Mirroring and 5G EasyShare. With 5G’s high speed and low latency connectivity, gaming and rendering via cloud services are seamless and better than before.

That aside, vivo’s AR Glass has a dual-screen display and 6DoF technology. When connected to its 5G smartphone, the vivo AR Glass is capable of projecting contents like 3D videos, AR games and object recognition while the 5G smartphone works as a console.

Last but not least, vivo showcased its fast charging technology. We’re all used to hearing the Dual-Engine Fast Charging technology, but vivo has now unveiled Super FlashCharge — a 120W fast charging technology that can charge a 4,000mAh battery from 0% to 50% in just 5 minutes. Add another 8 minutes to that, and you’ll get a fully charge phone. It is indeed one of the fastest charging technology that’s out there right now.

We’re definitely looking forward to these devices and hopefully, the 5G smartphone will be including Super FlashCharge technology in it.
