vivo Y12A launched in Malaysia: Priced at RM529

The vivo Y12A is a new entry-level smartphone that has been launched in the country, and it’s priced at just RM529. The 6.51-inch device packs an IPS LCD panel that pushes a HD+ resolution. Here, you’ll also find the phone’s drop-notch 8MP selfie camera. In terms of design, the phone comes in two colours – Mint Green and Phantom Black. At the back, you’ll find a dual-camera system consisting of a 13MP main shooter, and a 2MP depth sensor. Under the hood, you get a Snapdragon 439 chipset along with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. Powering the device is a massive 5,000mAh battery that vivo claims can last you up to 17.4 house of regular usage. For gaming, there’s also Multi-Turbo 3.0 that’s basically an optimization feature that helps reduce shuttering when you’re gaming. The vivo Y12A is available to purchase via vivo’s online store, as well as their Lazada and Shopee pages.
