vivo X60 series confirmed to arrive in Malaysia

A few hours back, vivo has confirmed to launch the flagship vivo X60 series that was first launched in China in December 2020.

Here comes another gimbal camera phone from vivo

As expected, cameras are the main focus of this series; vivo and ZEISS teamed up to create the lenses for the X60 phones. The vivo X60 has a 48MP gimbal camera paired with a 13MP ultrawide lens and another 13MP telephoto lens. On the other hand, the x60 Pro has an extra 8MP periscope camera that can zoom up to 60x and its main camera has an f/1.48 aperture as compared to the f/1.79 aperture on the X60’s main lens.

vivo X60 series may differ slightly from China models

Both the X60 and X60 Pro should come with a 6.56-inch AMOLED panel that supports a 120Hz refresh rate — however, we don’t know if they’ll be equipped with Snapdragon processors instead of the Exynos 1080 chips like the China variant. While both devices will have 33W fast charing, the vivo X60 will have a slightly larger 4,300mAh battery while the pro model gets a 4,200mAh battery.

Vivo Malaysia hasn’t announced the official launch date and price yet, but we should be expecting it within March.
