vivo V25 series launches in Malaysia, prices start at RM1399

vivo Malaysia has unwrapped its new stylish V25 series on the stage today, comprising of the V25e and V25, these smartphones feature a 64MP OIS primary camera that excels in low light photography, while their front cameras are capable of recording 4K videos with AI Face Beauty, these are devices clearly targeted at trendsetting content creators.

The vivo V25 is a 5G capable device and is powered by a Mediatek Dimensity 900 processor, sporting a 6.44-inch AMOLED display that refreshes at 90Hz, it has 8GB RAM and 256GB of storage, users can expand its ram virtually by up to an extra 8GB of RAM, a 4500mAh battery powers up the phone with support for 44W fast charging. In terms of cameras, the V25’s triple camera array houses a 64MP OIS wide, an 8MP ultrawide and 2MP macro lens, the front facing camera is an impressive 50MP lens with autofocus.

As for the V25e, it does away with 5G connectivity and is powered by a Mediatek Helios G99 processor, it has the same storage configuration with 8GB RAM and 256GB of storage, it even shares the same display, battery size and charging speed, where the main difference really is their the third camera being a bokeh instead of a 8MP ultrawide, its front camera resolution has also been bumped down to a lower 32MP resolution sensor.

Both the V25 and V25e features a color changing back with a Fluorite AG Glass, which displays different colors at different angles when exposed to UV light, while the V25 comes with a Malaysia exclusive Aquamarine Blue color that switches from ocean blue to bluish green, both the V25 and V25e’s Sunrise Gold color shifts from gold to reddish orange.

The vivo V25 and V25e goes on sale today at RM1,799 and RM1,399 respectively, customers who purchase the phone from 29 August to 2 September 2022 are entitled to free gifts worth up to RM577, including a V25 series leather bagpack worth RM129, 1-year extended warranty worth RM199 and 1-year screen crack protection worth RM249.
