Uber introduces UberCENTRAL that allows businesses to pay for your ride

If you happen to own a business and would like to hire a transporter to send off your guests or get them to you, Uber has introdued UberCENTRAL, a dashboard made for businesses to help ferry their guests to and from any places, the service does not require the guest to have the Uber app installed, businesses can take advantage of this platform to book Uber rides to ferry guests off to their destinations and pay for them if you like, you can even track their ride’s location to ensure they have safely arrived, the service is currently available in the US and Canada only and will be made available in other countries at a later time.

The platform is assumed to be targeted at malls, hospitals, restaurants, hotels and businesses that usually have a receptionist to assist their customers in hailing a taxi, which is very smart of Uber to have thought of lauching this initiative that could possibily help greatly improve businesses. In addition, Uber also mentioned on its page that the service will help folks who do not have access to a smartphone, senior citizens for instance, otherwise have limitations in transportation. Should this service arrive at our shores, let’s hope some local business will really sign this up. What do you think?
