U Mobile has just launched their flagship open concept store on the ground floor of Berjaya Times Square which they did to cater to customers that want to walk in and try out the devices offered by the telco. The store contains no ticket counter or lines that customers have to wait in order to get service, customers would just need to have to approach one of the staff there to get their questions answered and to purchase the devices offered.
The store is fully glass giving you the same feel of Apple stores that can be seen around, there is a dedicated section for Apple products and another section where Android phones will be displayed. Customers can approach this showcases and try out and experience the phone to make a decision after trying the devices.
Take the escalator that is next to the flagship store and you will arrive at the U Mobile customer service centre to get your bills paid or to get solutions to problems you face. The service centre also has a section for you to try out phones and read up on offers from the telco while waiting for your turn to be served.
