I bought one a couple of months ago. I started noticing lately that one of the earphones sometimes won’t charge. Then the cradle won’t charge. I opened the cradle. The LiPo battery is dead, 3.07v (manufacturing date: April 2020! ). Pogo pins with corrosion all over them. Also contacts in earphones. It is supposed to be a sports thing. Don’t they know that sweat is very corrosive and they have to use the correct materials? In short, this is a bad piece of engineering. It takes more than marketing to make a good product.
