Touch N Go launches new customer experience centre in Bangsar South

As the leader in electronic payment systems in Malaysia, Touch ‘n Go has opened up a new “Customer Experience Centre” (CEC) in Bangsar South today, where customers can visit to experience the convenience and future of cashless transactions, and a service centre for Touch ‘n Go products. The launch event today is also joined by partners Grab and Lazada, where both companies signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Touch ‘n Go in promoting cashless payments.

Grab, Malaysia’s ride hailing service, will promote urban mobility and public transportation by offering promo codes and end to end travel convenience to transit users, Touch N Go will offer Grab rides up to RM10 per ride for customers getting their services at the Bangsar South service center. On the other hand, collaboration with Lazada will embark Touch N Go’s first online marketplace in providing another distribution channel for customers to purchase Touch ‘n Go products. Both services will be made available on 2nd May 2017.

Furthermore, the Touch ‘n Go CEC has also introduced Immediate Refund (IR) services on penalty cases and termination of Touch ‘n Go card for any amount below RM100, the CEC will also have vending machines and a cafe that accepts payment using Touch ‘n Go card, and CIMB Bank customers can also perform cash withdrawals and deposit with the provided ATM machines. The operation hours for the Touch ‘n Go Bangsar South CEC will be 8am to 6pm from Monday to Friday, 8am to 1pm on Saturday, while it is closed on Sunday and public holidays.
