Vivo Malaysia has introduced the Y33T, a very stylish mid-range phone that features a 6.58-inch Full HD+ 90Hz display and is powered by a Snapdragon 680 processor, supported by 8GB RAM and 128GB of expandable storage, this is a phone that many are going to find it sufficient for daily tasks such as texting and social media.
Sporting a slim body profile of 8mm, the Y33T is available in colors of Mirror Black, Midday Dream and Starry Gold, which are pretty unique colors that’s brought over from the brand’s recent phones, these colors sport their respective coating process, with the Midday Dream color being the most unique of all that uses a delicate, embossed AG texture with a frosted feel and a layer of liquid crystal coating that makes it smooth while less prone to fingerprints.
In terms of cameras, the Y33T comes with a well-organised triple camera array that sports a 50MP primary camera that takes crystal clear photos, it is supported by a 2MP macro and 2MP bokeh camera, which users can take advantage of to take close up objects as close as 4cm and blur background in portraits just like a professional camera. Vivo says that the primary 50MP camera can also excel in low light photography all thanks to its Super Night Mode, which uses its latest RAW-level super noise reduction technology that combines frames of multiple photos into one for a pure and clear night image.
Power wise, the Y33T has a 5000mAh battery that should easily last users more than a day of usage, while it doesn’t sport any super fast charging tech of sorts, the phone will still get you back fast enough with 18W of power. The Y33T will also ship with Funtouch OS 12 based on Android 11, which features vivo Multi Turbo 5 that can enhance network connectivity and system performance when needed.
The Vivo Y33T can now be purchased at all Vivo stores nationwide, official Lazada and Shopee store for RM999, which is a fairly reasonable price for what it brings to the table, customers who purchase during the period of 2nd April till 17th April 2022 will receive a 1-year extended warranty worth RM159.
