The Redmi Note 8 is coming soon and might sport a 64MP camera

When the Redmi Note 7 was out, it was quite a hit and now, its successor is about to launch. According to Lu, the Redmi Note 8 comes with several upgrades including its camera, battery life and display size. Lu is already trying out the Redmi Note 8 as his Weibo post also shows that it came from a “Note 8” device.

In addition, 64MP cameras have been the current talk of the town and we know that Realme, Redmi and Xiaomi are the few brands that have started developing their own 64MP camera smartphones. It was previously announced that a 64MP Redmi phone is already in mass production, so it could be possible that it’s the Redmi Note 8 after all.

Moreover, reports are suggesting that the Redmi 8 will also debut with the Redmi Note 8. A TENAA listing has revealed a Redmi phone with the model number M1908C3IC that has a 6.2-inch display with a waterdrop notch paired with up to 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. It will also sport a 5,000mAh battery — the largest battery Redmi has ever placed in their phones.

Unfortunately, “soon” is the furthest we can get regarding the Redmi Note 8 and Redmi 8’s launch date.
