The OPPO Find X5 series looks really good

Looks like OPPO can’t wait to spill the beans on the OPPO Find X5 Pro, as the company has posted official photos of its next flagship camera phone on Twitter while teasing an launch date of February 24th, ahead of Mobile World Congress in Barcelona which begins on February 28th.

Like its predecessor, we expect the Find X5 Pro to pack a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip just like any other competing flagship  phones, other details that were leaked before the launch are a 6.7-inch AMOLED 1440p 120Hz display, a 5000mAh battery with 80W fast charging. Camera wise, OPPO has also made it official that it is working with Hasselblad to offer a ‘cutting-edge camera like no other, which we will reserve our thoughts for now knowing how well a Hasselblad partnership has turned out to be for OPPO’s sister brand, OnePlus.

Like the Find X3 Pro, you are getting a similar symmetrical contour camera bump that houses three cameras, while the glossy surface suggests that it is made out of either glass or ceramic, one thing that we also noted is that the camera bump has word that says “Powered by MariSilicon”, which is the company’s in-house neural processing unit that is expected to assist the camera in offering superior nighttime video recording.

It’s an exciting time for OPPO right now, as the company is prepared to officially launch the Reno 7 series in Malaysia next week, followed by its global announcement of the Find X5 series, stay tuned on this space while we bring you more news about them.
