The HONOR Magic5 Pro’s camera helped capture a Guiness World Records moment

Before it was even introduced to the world, the HONOR Magic5 Pro has started to make waves with its AI-powered camera system, as it has managed to capture a photo of Polish profession dunker Piotr Grabowski on setting the Guiness World Records for the highest between-the-legs slam dunk.

While this award is far from being an actual camera benchmark, it goes on to show that the phone’s camera has seen significant improvements when it comes to capturing fast moving subjects, which is a thing that many smartphone cameras still struggle to deliver.

The HONOR Magic5 Pro is set to made its debut in Mobile World Congress 2023, like other flagships it is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, while we hope to see HONOR bring forward the hallmarks of the phone’s predecessor, such as 100W fast wired and wireless charging, a 10x telephoto zoom lens, and a 2160Hz PWM display.

HONOR will be live streaming its launch event on the 27th February 2023, 8.30pm, we definitely can’t wait to see what the company has for us on the table.
