Honor have been relatively quiet this year with their latest release – the Honor View 20 – going under the radar. To bring some life back to Huawei sub-brand, Honor is rumored to introduce the Honor 10i sometime this year.
The regular Honor 10 as well as the Honor 10 Lite were released late last year to some fanfare, so a bigger version of the phone could spark some interest.
Images on Russian site Hi-Tech showed alleged images of the phone along with details of the specs.
According to a report by SoyaCincau, the Honor 10i towers above its siblings as it sports a 6.21-inch full HD+ IPS LCD display. The phone also trumps the other models when it comes to cameras as it sports a triple-camera setup. The report also says that there is an upgrade to the front camera as well – a 32MP selfie camera mounted on a tear drop notch.
Under the hood, the Honor 10i comes with a weaker Snapdragon 710 but retains the 4GB RAM with 128GB storage configuration. Because of its larger size, you can expect a 3,700 to 4,000mAh battery to come packed with this phone, especially considering the regular Honor 10 has a decently sized 3,400mAh battery already.
The Honor 10i could also come with a back-mounted fingerprint scanner, and like the regular Honor 10, this phone should support face unlock too.
