The BLU Life Max focuses on maximum battery life

BLU has unveiled yet another handset which won’t break the bank, which will be available on Amazon real soon. The phone features decent mid range specs, but flaunts a rather huge battery underneath the hood. Introducing, the BLU Life Max.

First things first, the BLU Life Max has a 5.5-inch IPS display on the front, with a rather disappointing resolution of 720p instead of Full HD, but features a slightly curved glass. Moving on internally, the phone sports a quad core MediaTek MT6737 processor clocked at 1.3 GHz alongside 2GB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory with micro SD card expansion.

As far as the camera department goes, the BLU Life Max sports a rear camera of 8 megapixels and a selfie shooter of 5 megapixels on the front. Both snappers are equipped with flash respectively to enhance image quality in low light conditions. Seen below the camera is the Life Max’s rear fingerprint sensor. The main highlight of the device is its whopping 3,700mAh battery. BLU claims the monster battery to last up to 3 days of normal usage, with a standby time of up to 30 days.

The BLU Life Max carries a price tag of $118.87 (RM532.48) and will soon begin its sale on Amazon in the US soon. Would you bear with this handset’s mediocre specs for good battery life?
