The ASUS ZenBook Pro 15 comes with a Core i9 processor

While most manufacturers are equipping high end gaming laptops with Intel’s most powerful mobile processor, ASUS is doing differently by having it’s premium ZenBook Pro 15 use the Core i9 processor, making it the most powerful high-end premium laptop in the market. The ZenBook Pro 15 is an extremely lightweight 15-inch laptop that weighs merely 1.8kg and measures 18.9mm thin, matching the Dell XPS 15 and MacBook Pro 15-inch in terms of weight.

On top of having the Core i9 hexa-core processor, the ZenBook Pro continues to use the GTX 1050Ti for it’s graphics processing power, it has a 4K resolution display and impressive Harman Kardon quad-speaker audio system, a 1TB PCIe Gen3 SSD, support for fast charging via USB-C, and up to 14 hours of battery life. In terms of thermal design, the ZenBook Pro 15 features dual fan and three copper heat pipes to keep heat out of the thin chassis, it will be great to find out on how well it performs when equipped with the Core i9 processor.

We should expect ASUS to announce the new ZenBook Pro 15 in COMPUTEX this year, so stay tuned for more details.
