TENAA listing shows a redesigned Samsung Galaxy S9-like phone

Samsung is trying to win the hearts of its Chinese customers with a release of a new Galaxy S9-lookalike that comes with a same front face but a slightly redesigned back. The device was recently spotted on TENAA, with a model number SM-G8850 and comes with a dual verticle camera setup on the back similar to the iPhone X

Thye specs are pretty similar to the S9, it comes with an AMOLED screen size of 5.8-inch and resolution of 2960×1440, with dimensions the same as the S9. It is also powered by the same 3000mAh battery and looks to have a dedicated Bixby button on its side. However, information on the camera is vague, the listing mentions it comes with 8 million pixels or more, that means it could be slightly more or match the S9. The front is an 8MP sensor, but the listing mentions it comes with only two cameras in total, which could be a mistake as the images show two cameras on the back and one on the front.

The model of the 2.8Ghz processor is also not mentioned but seeing as the Snapdragon 845 and Exynos 9810 comes with the same clock speeds, it is safe to assume it comes with the latest flagship processors from Qualcomm or Samsung. As for RAM, it will come in either a 4GB or 6GB variant.
