Joining the SUUNTO 9 family is the SUUNTO 9 Peak – the latest premium watch from the brand that is similar to the SUUNTO 9 Baro, but smaller.
SUUNTO 9 Peak – two styles, four colours
The new SUUNTO 9 Peak is available in four colours — Granite Blue Titanium, Birch White Titanium, All Black and Moss Gray. The first two models are priced at RM3,199 as they come with Titanium Grade 5 case while the other models uses stainless steel. This sport watch come with a 43mm case and is 37% thinner and 36% lighter than the SUUNTO 9 Baro.
In the display department, this watch has automatic backlight intensity adjustment and pushes 240 x 240 resolution. You can also navigate using the watch itself as it comes with built-in GPS — it can last up to 170 hours if you’re using GPS in Tour mode.

SUUNTO also included over 80 workout modes including running, hiking, biking, skiing and more. For those who love hiking or diving, you can also get in-depth weather insights like the sunrise/sunset times, pressure resolution, and sea level pressure. Apart from that, the SUUNTO 9 Peak has the usual heart-rate tracking, blood oxygen level monitor, stress tracker and sleep analysis.
This sports watch can usually last you up to 14 days, but if you’re using it with 24/7 tracking and mobile notifications, the battery life is shorten by half. However, if you’re using the training mode with GPS, the battery can be fully drained in 25 hours — the good news is, you only need a full hour to fully charge the watch.
