Sony might be unveiling a new Xperia phone equipped with the latest Snapdragon 845 and Adreno 640 GPU during CES 2018 in January alongside other products like smart TVs, cameras, audio products and more.
The phone will come with two variants, 4GB of RAM with 64GB storage and 6GB of RAM with 128GB of storage which can be expanded. It will also come with Android 8.0 out of the box, which indicates this is the rumoured Sony H8226 smartphone. It is now listed on Geekbench, the 4GB RAM model has a 2393 score for single-core performance and 8300 for multi-core tests. Other than that, it will come with an 18:9 ratio display with 4K resolution. The H8266 is said to be the successor to the Xperia XZ Premium and some leaks indicate this to be the Xperia XZ2.
All of this is still rumours and speculations for now, we will know more when CES 2018 comes about where Sony will have their press conference on 8 January 2018. Are you excited about their new flagship phone coming out? Let us know what you think.
