Sony releases two soundbars perfect for your living room

Sony has just announced a new entry into the soundbar market with the HT-MT300 and HT-MT500 soundbar, made to produce high-quality sound and at the same time looks good to be placed anywhere in the house. The MT500 can upscale and enhance all sounds that it plays and comes with a slim wireless subwoofer that is small enough to blend in your living room or placed under your sofa to really feel the bass.

The soundbars were designed specifically so it does not block the IR sensor of your tv, giving you a better freedom of placement even if your tv cabinet is small. Sounds are enhanced thanks to the S-Force Pro Front Surround, giving a cinema-style surround sound and for added experience, Sofa Mode can be enabled to feel the low-frequency effects when the subwoofer is positioned horizontally under the sofa or place the subwoofer vertically next to another piece of furniture.

Music is also easily played on both devices with the MT300 supporting smart connections via Bluetooth and NFC while the MT500 will come with Chromecast built-in to support Spotify Connect, it also comes with a Music Service button for quick access to the last song played from Spotify without your mobile phone or tablet.
