Samsung teases with possible release of foldable smartphone

Its been years and months since rumours have it that Samsung will release a foldable phone by the end of the year and now it seems that its slowly becoming a reality as Samsung Mobile official Twitter have tweeted a video that shows what seems like the visual of a foldable phone alongside with the announcement that they will be having a developer conference by the month of November at San Francisco.

The video shows two lines unfolding to become a right facing arrow, then finally settling into a single vertical line. Although there isn’t much shown in the video, but there are speculation that there might be a prototype of the phone shown in the event.

According to Samsung CEO DJ Koh in an interview with CNBC, he has hinted that “the product could arrive as soon as this year” and it seems that soon everyone will know when will the product be launched once it’s announced during the conference.
