The Galaxy Note 8 is Samsung’s first ever smartphone which sports a dual camera setup. Samsung’s latest phablet has ticked every box when it comes to an ideal flagship, and the dual cameras only add on to what is already an excellent device. We have news that there will be another Samsung handset that will feature a dual camera setup as well, joining the likes of the company’s premium flagship.
Samsung’s mid range collection of smartphones will be welcoming this new dual camera module that is still brand new for the South Korean manufacturer. A series of images have leaked on the the world wide web of what might be the Galaxy J7 Plus. While the highlight will definitely be in the optics department, the rest of the rumored specs shouldn’t be overlooked as well.
The Galaxy J7 Plus won’t be featuring an Infinity Display like Samsung’s flagships, but it will have a 1080p AMOLED screen measuring at 5.5-inches. Underneath the hood, the Galaxy J7 Plus is tipped to be powered by a 2.4 GHz processor with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of expandable storage. The handset will have a 13MP + 5MP dual rear camera setup which differs from the 12MP + 12MP dual cam system on the Note 8. But the former will be able to capture images with blurred background and bokeh effects as well.
The Galaxy J7 Plus will likely see an official unveiling very soon. If you do not have the means to get a Galaxy Note 8, the J7 Plus can be a viable option as Samsung carries on its smartphone camera excellence to its mid range devices.
