The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra is Samsung’s latest and highest-end model of the Galaxy S20 series, but it’s recently discovered that the phone has some camera issues that needed to be fixed.

Reviewers have discovered that the phone has issues with focusing — the camera takes a long time to focus on a subject and sometimes fails to focus entirely. That’s not the only issue; The Verge also mentioned that there’s an issue with its image processing whereby it aggressively smoothens out the skin.

Luckily, Samsung has responded to these complaints and promises to provide and update to improve the camera. “The Galaxy S20 features a groundbreaking, advanced camera system. We are constantly working to optimize performance to deliver the best experience for consumers,” said the company.

Apart from these issues, the Galaxy S20 Ultra’s camera system has been fairly impressive. If you want to know more about the Galaxy S20 and its camera performance, stay tuned because we will be releasing a video review of this phone next week.
