The Neo QLED 8K 2021 from Samsung maintains the same compact form language as the QLED 2020 generation, but the screen's position in relation to the plane has been gently altered so that it now stands perpendicular to the plane rather of leaning back 3.5 degrees as its predecessor did. This design has introduced a contemporary and extremely glossy appearance to the two most high-end Samsung TV lines in 2021, along with a screen thickness of just 15 mm.
