Samsung has just released an update for the Gear Fit 2 which improves the heart-rate and exercise-tracking system, after a workout, you will be able to see a graph that shows you the time spent in different heart rate zone, broken down into three stages, Moderate, Vigorous, and Maximum.
The device’s activity detection is also improved, making it automatically activate its fitness-tracking functions after a ten-minute exercise. After completing an auto-tracked workout, an approximate location of where you are will pop up on the screen, runners can also set a customizable pace targets via the Samsung Health app where you will input the desired distance and time and set if you want to burn fat or increase endurance.
