Reliable leakster Max Weinbach has been hot on the tails of Samsung of late, trying to get every bit of pre-release info he can onto his Twitter account.
We’ve heard a lot of rumours already from the guy, but this one will cap off everything he’s told us about the Galaxy S20 series – he’s given us the prices of the smartphones.
So just heard S20 prices. Expect these to be lower than listed but at the moment we are expecting:
S20 5G: €900-1000
S20+ 5G: €1050-1100
S20 Ultra 5G: €1300Galaxy Z Flip is supposed to be about €1400 but I expect that to change before launch.

According to Max, the S20 5G will be priced from 900 Euros (RM4,000), the S20+ 5G will go from 1,050 Euros (RM4,738); while the S20 Ultra 5G will cost 1,300 Euros (RM5,866). A 4G variant will also be available and will cost around 800 Euros (RM3,610).
It needs to be said however, that European countries abide by heavy VAT tax rates and prices there never translate accurately to Malaysian Ringgit – over here, it’s usually much cheaper.
Sure, the prices seem steep, but the Galaxy S20 series is touted to be spec-beasts and could justify the high price tags. The Galaxy S20+ will likely sport a FHD 120Hz panel, while the Galaxy S20 Ultra will have a WQHD 60Hz panel.
In the imaging department, a 108MP camera is said to be present thanks to Samsung’s very own ISOCELL Bright HMX sensor. Under the hood, a Snapdragon 865 will most likely be used in the US, Canada and Hong Kong – while the Exynos 990 5G will be used elsewhere. It’s said that 16GB of ram is also possible.
Samsung’s Unpacked event is happening this February, and the Korean company will unveil the series then. So, not long now before we see if any of these are true.
