Pre-order the Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite and Galaxy Note 10 Lite in Malaysia this February 3 – get a Galaxy Fit for free!

Samsung’s first launches of the year are the Galaxy S10 Lite and Galaxy Note 10 Lite smartphones – and we’re glad to report that pre-orders for both devices will open this February 3 and will end this February 5.

Each order will score you a complimentary Galaxy Fit watch worth RM369 too! If you miss the pre-order period, both devices will be available on shelves this February 7.

The Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite is a 6.7-inch device with a FHD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-O display – unlike the regular S10 devices, the punch hole camera is placed right in the centre of the panel.

At the back, you get a triple camera setup featuring a 48MP main lens with ‘Super Steady OIS’, alongside a 5MP macro lens and a 12MP ultrawide shooter. If you remember, the regular S10 lineup had a triple 12MP camera setup that included a telephoto lens and a 16MP ultrawide lens – so what the S10 Lite is offering is a higher resolution main lens without the telephoto camera.

Samsung had mentioned in CES that the change in the camera setup is to cater to a younger, more camera-focused crowed.

Samsung has also improved the selfie lens here with a 32MP shooter as opposed to the 10MP lens you’d get with the regular model.

Despite its ‘Lite’ moniker, you do get upgrades under the hood too – now you get a Snapdragon 855 along with a larger 8GBs of RAM. For storage, you get 128GB of internal storage. With the change in chipset, you should get better battery life compared to the Exynos models. Another upgrade here is done to the battery – this time, you get a bigger 4,500 mAh battery.

The Galaxy Note 10 Lite on the other hand, gets a similar 6.7-inch display – which is larger than the regular Note 10’s 6.3-inch panel.

For imaging, you get a triple 12MP camera setup – compared to the Note 10, the Lite variant downgrades the ultrawide camera to a 12MP one. For selfies, you get a 32MP shooter, like the S10 Lite.

Under the hood, the Note 10 Lite gets an Exynos 9810 chipset along with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. You also get a massive 4,500mAh battery, compared to the original’s 3,500mAh pack. Being a Galaxy Note device, you also get to use the S Pen with this.
