With the Galaxy S9 and S9+ already revealed, all there’s left is the release of the Galaxy Note 9 which should be announced late summer. We might not need to wait so long to know more about the phone, as it looks like the results for the HTML5test benchmarks has already been released.
The benchmark listing also confirmed that the phone will come with InfinityDisplay and an aspect ratio of 18.5:9, following the same measurements as the previous Galaxy phones. The Note 9 has managed a score of 522 over the maximum of 555 points which is quite impressive. For those of you that don’t know, HTML5test is a benchmark to evaluate how well the phone performs when processing all kinds HTML5 content. Other than that, the listing also shows that it is running on Android 8.0 but there is a chance that they might be releasing the phone with Android 8.1 seeing as we will be seeing a new version of Android this year.
