Samsung Galaxy Fold will officially enter the market on September 6

Samsung is serious this time, announcing that the Samsung Galaxy Fold will be hitting the market on September 6, which is tomorrow.

After all the complications and delay, Samsung is now going to launch its first foldable device in its home country — South Korea — first. Of course, the availability will expand to other countries such as France, Germany, United Kingdom, Unites States and also Singapore. However, there weren’t any dates or carriers listed for these countries.

If you’ve already forgotten what the device has to offer, the Galaxy Fold is a foldable phone with a 7.3-inch display that can become a 4.6-inch display when folded. It has six cameras in total, where there’s three on its rear, one on its cover and another two on its front.

That aside, the phone is powered by a Snapdragon 855 processor and paired with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage. The LTE model will come with a 4,380mAh battery while the 5G model will come with a 4,235mAh battery.

The price is yet to be revealed, but one thing’s for sure — it’s not going to be cheap.
