Samsung Galaxy A8 and A8 Plus comes with dual front cameras and Infinity Display

The Samsung Galaxy A8 and A8 Plus are now official and we have all the information about the phones. Both the phones will come with Infinity Displays and dual front cameras, judging by the looks of it, it seems to be a pretty decent alternative to those of you looking for something cheaper than the S8 and S8 Plus.

The phones come equipped with an FHD+ screen with resolutions of 1080 X 2220 and a curved glass on the back of the phone but the front screen is not curved. The front dual-cameras are 16MP + 8MP configurations with a f/1.9 lens. Sadly, there are no stabilization options there but Samsung has mentioned that it has its own version of EIS which they are calling Video Digital Image Stabilization or VDis. On the back is a single 16MP camera with a f/1.7 aperture but still no OIS on the back as well. Other than that, the A8 will come with 4GB of RAM, 5.6-inch display and a 3,000mAh battery. The A8 Plus will come with 4GB or 6GB of RAM, 6.0-inch display, and 3,500mAh battery.

Both the phones will be available in January with four colours, Black, Orchid Gray, Gold and Blue. There is no information on prices but there should be more details during CES 2018.
