After a flurry of smartphone launches in the past week, which saw the likes of the Xiaomi Mi Note 10, realme X2 Pro and vivo S1 Pro mark their appearances in the country. You’d think that concludes a busy 2019 in terms of smartphone launches, but Samsung wants to have the last say before the year ends.

In a week’s time on December 12, Samsung has reportedly confirmed that they’ll be announcing the Samsung Galaxy A 2020 series of devices. A Vietnamese promotional poster spotted on Twitter confirms its arrival on said date, and the source for the materials apparently came from the official Vietnamese Twitter outpost for Samsung.

GizChina reports that the purported devices have been registered for trademarks following the leaks further and we see that there will be 32GB, 64GB and 128GB variants of the phones. While the following replies to the Tweet thread claim the phones could be the Galaxy A51 and the A81.

We reckon Samsung will want to get their newest devices out in time for Christmas, and such a late launch should mean a short waiting period before it’s available to purchase. In any case, stay tuned onto our website where we’ll bring you more updates on the Samsung Galaxy A 2020.
