If you we’re a fan of the Redmi Note 7 which was launched a few weeks ago but aren’t ready to pay the RM1000 price tag, then you’ll be glad to know that regular Redmi 7 is expect to hit store shelves soon.

Xiaomi’s global Twitter account had hinted of the arrival of the phone via posts showing the render of part of the phone, along with the sentence “Another 7 is Coming”. The post caption also shows a timer that’s set for 24 hours from yesterday. This suggests that the phone could be announced sometime today!

To add to the hype, renders of the phone have also been shared on Weibo by a key personnel at Redmi. According to Malay Mail, the Redmi 7 will come with the FullView display, a u-shaped notch, dual-curved gradient back and more.

Rumors also suggest that the entry-level device will ship with a Snapdragon 632 processor along with 3GB RAM. The phone is powered by a 4,000mAh battery and a, bear with us here, micro-USB port.

Considering the price of the Redmi Note 7, we can assume that the Redmi 7 will cost less than RM800.
