realme XT will be in Malaysia for RM1,399 – sports a 64MP quad camera setup and Snapdragon 712 chip

Just a month after the launch of the realme 5 and 5 Pro, the Chinese company have today introduced the realme XT, which sits just above the realme 5 Pro.

The upper-mid range device has a 6.4-inch dew-drop Super AMOLED display – meaning it’s slightly larger than the realme 5 Pro.

Also like the realme 5 Pro is a quad-camera setup – but the main lens here is a 64MP shooter, that’s powered by a Samsung Bright ISOCELL GW1 sensor. The three other lenses are an 8MP wide-angle lens, a 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies, you get a standard 16MP shooter.

Under the hood, you’ll find a very capable Snapdragon 712 chipset that’s paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Plus, you can expand your storage via a microSD card of up to 256GB. The phone is powered by a 4,000mAh battery that charges via USB C with support of up to 20W VOOC Flash Charge.

The realme XT is priced at RM1,399 and is available in two flavours – Pearl Blue and Pearl White.

Offline sale starts this November 9 while online sales is available exclusively on Lazada starting 11 November at midnight.
