realme X7 Pro 5G launched in Malaysia: Priced as low as RM1,949

The realme X7 Pro 5G has officially been launched in Malaysia and it will be available to purchase this 2 Feb.

Priced at RM1,999, the phone packs a whole host of flagship features including a 6.55-inch Super AMOLED display that pushes a 120Hz refresh rate, and 240Hz touch sampling rate. The brand claims that it uses E3 luminescent materials that allow the screen to reach a peak brightness of 1,200nits.

Despite a pretty display, the phone itself is quite the looker as well – think a glass back panel that’s double-grained, double-plated, and anti-fingerprint, accented with bold Iridescent and Skyline White colour finishes.

For imaging, the phone packs a 64MP quad-camera setup, that alongside the high-res main les, comes with an 8MP ultrawide shooter, a 2MP B&W camera, and a 2MP macro lens as well.

Under the hood is a very powerful MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ chipset, which is comparable to the Snapdragon 865. The chipset allows for 5G+5G Dual-SIM support too, future-proofing you a fair bit. There is only one memory and storage configuration in Malaysia, and that’s an 8GB + 256GB setup.

Powering the device is a decently-sized 4,500mAh battery with support for up to a whopping 65W of fast charging.

The realme X7 Pro 5G retails at RM1,999 as mentioned before, but the brand is offering an early-bird promo on 2 Feb and will see the phone go for RM1,949. You can visit their official Shopee page here to keep an eye out for its arrival.
