Realme to launch the most affordable Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 flagship on 24th March

The smartphone launches aren’t stopping yet as we March through the days (no pun intended), and Dare to Leap smartphone brand Realme is set to introduce the flagship Realme GT 2 Pro on the 24th March in Malaysia.

The GT Series line up is Realme’s direct answer to more expensive flagships, and the brand is teasing that it will be the most affordable Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 smartphone ever sold here. At this point of time, the most affordable Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 smartphone sold in Malaysia is the Motorola Edge 30 Pro and is priced at RM2,699 followed by the Xiaomi 12 at RM2,899.

It’s hard to imagine how affordable the Realme GT2 Pro could be as there are no corners cut, you get things such as a 6.7-inch LTPO AMOLED display that refreshes at 120Hz, up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage, 50MP Sony IMX766 camera with OIS, a 3MP microscope lens, stereo speakers and 5000mAh battery that supports 67W SuperDart charging.

In addition, Realme has also mocked companies like Samsung and Apple on its social media claiming, hence expectations are certainly high this time on the Realme GT 2 Pro.
