realme GT Master Edition series launched with a suitcase design

In conjunction with the realme Fans Festival 2021, realme has launched the realme GT Master Edition in a new suitcase design.

This design is created by Naoto Fukasawa, a world renowned industrial designer; he is also the one who designed the realme X Master Edition and the realme X2 Pro Master Edition. According to realme, this is the world’s first concave-leather design using polycarbonate panel and vegan leather.

realme GT Master Edition stronger than older flagship

Display-wise, the realme GT Master Edition sports a 120Hz Samsung AMOLED screen. It is powered by the Snapdragon 778G chip that has an AnTutu score of 541,610 — this score surpasses that of the Snapdragon 845 chip. This chip also offers 5G and Wi-Fi 6 support. You will also get up to 8GB of RAM paired with 256GB of storage, plus the phone supports 65W fast charging.

The brand also introduced Triple GT Innovations that consists of a vapour chamber cooling system that can reduced the temperature up to 15ºC, 5GB of virtual RAM and a GT mode that optimises high-framing games.

On the rear, the realme GT Master Edition has a 64MP lens accompanied by an 8MP ultra wide lens and another 2MP macro lens. The camera system sports several new features such as Instant Focus, DIS Snapshot and a few additional filters. The front camera uses a 32MP sensor.

Realme GT Explorer Master Edition

Taking it up a notch, realme also introduced the realme GT Explorer Master Edition which comes with a 120Hz dynamic refresh rate support, curved display, and HDR10+ support.

The phone is also more powerful as it is powered by a Snapdragon 870 chip. Three out of four of its cameras are using Sony flagship camera sensors — the Sony IMX766, Sony IMX481 and Sony IMX615.

The realme GT Master Edition starts from $399 while the realme GT Explorer Master Edition starts from $499.
