Design
The Realme GT 2 and GT 2 Pro come in four colours — Titanium Blue, Paper White, Paper Green, and Steel Black. In Realme’s attempt to be more sustainable, the company has partnered with Naoto Fukusawa to develop the “Paper Tech Master Design”. With this, the Paper White and Paper Green supposedly give out a paper-like texture and the bodies are made from eco-friendly bio-based polymer.
Specifications
The vanilla variant a 6.62-inch FHD+ AMOLED display that pushes a refresh rate of 120Hz. Under the hood, it features a Snapdragon 888 SoC, along with 8/12GB of RAM and 128/256GB of internal storage.
On the other hand, the GT 2 Pro is equipped with a 6.7-inch QHD+ AMOLED LTPO 2.0 display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1,000Hz touch sampling rate. The front panel is also protected by Gorilla Glass Victus. As for its hardware, you get a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 with 8/12GB of RAM and 128/256/512GB of internal storage.
Both phones are packed with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 65W fast charging and runs on Android 12 with Realme 3.0 UI.
Camera
For imaging, the GT 2 sports a 50MP main lens along with an ultrawide and macro camera. The Pro model also gets a 50MP main lens, but a 50MP ultrawide lens with a 150-degree field of view and a 3MP macro lens that can do close-ups of up to 40x. As for selfies, both sport a 32MP punch-hole front camera.
