Realme GT 2 Pro specs revealed ahead of launch

Realme’s upcoming flagship GT 2 series is set to launch on 4 January and we can already imagine how the Pro variant will perform as its specs have already been seen on the TENAA listing.

The Realme GT 2 Pro is equipped a 6.7-inch QHD+ AMOLED display that pushes a refresh rate of 120Hz. As previously reported, this smartphone will feature Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, paired with 8/12GB of RAM and 128/256/512GB of internal storage.

Something that sets the series apart from its competitors is its eco-friendly biopolymer body. In Realme’s attempt to deliver a more sustainable product, the company has collaborated with Naoto Fukasawa to develop the “Paper Tech Master Design.” With this, the series will sport a paper-like texture on its back cover.

In terms of imaging, the Realme GT 2 Pro houses a triple camera setup consisting of a 50MP main camera, a 50MP secondary lens, and a 2MP shooter. For the selfies, you get a 32MP camera. This phone is also the world’s first to feature a 150-degree ultrawide camera, allowing you have fun with the Fisheye Mode.

Other than that, it packs a 5,000mAh dual-cell battery with support for up to 65W fast charging and comes preloaded with Realme UI 3.0 and Android 12.
