Realme C3 is the first phone equipped with new Helio G70 chipset and pre-installed realme UI

Realme may have ventured into producing flagship smartphones, but it hasn’t forgotten about its entry-level models. The realme C3 is launching on February 6 — this time with a vertical rear camera setup.

With a 6.5-inch display, the C3 is bigger than its predecessor but still comes with a notch. The C3 will also be equipped with MediaTek’s new Helio G70 chipset that can optimize network latency and is more energy-saving. Instead of ColorOS, the realme C3 will also be the first realme phone to ship with its own realme UI.

Just like the C2, the C3 has a vertical dual camera setup but it’ll come with a 12MP primary lens with f/1.8 aperture — the C2 had a 13MP lens with f/2.2 aperture. The cameras will also support Chroma Boost, HDR Mode, Panorama Selfie and Slow-motion Video.

The poster also revealed the phone to come in two storage options — 3GB RAM + 32GB storage and 4GB RAM + 64GB storage. Since the C series is made for the entry-level market, we should be expecting the C3 to be less than RM800.
