Realme advances to Malaysia with their flagship smartphone, the Realme 2 Pro

Realme is a smartphone brand that had just established this year and now they’re bringing their smartphones to Malaysia on 7 November. With the slogan “Proud to be Young”, Realme has already launched 4 smartphones within these few months, with the latest two in the family being the Realme 2 Pro and the Realme C1.

The Realme 2 Pro is known as their flagship smartphone and comes with a 6.3-inch FHD display with a dew drop notch. It’s powered by the Snapdragon 660 AIE processor and comes with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. It has a rear dual camera of 16MP primary sensor with f/1.7 aperture and 2MP depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture while the front camera sports a 16MP sensor with f/2.0 aperture. It also has fingerprint and face unlock in addition to a 3500mAh battery.

On the other hand, the Realme C1 has a 6.2-inch HD+ display and runs on Snapdragon 450 processor. This entry-level smartphone also has a 2GB RAM and 16GB storage, and comes with a rear dual camera of 13MP primary sensor and 2MP depth sensor, in addition to a front camera of 5MP sensor with f/2.2 aperture. The front camera has AI beautification and also supports face unlock but it does not have fingerprint sensor. It has a 4230mAh battery which is more than the 3500mAh battery in the Realme 2 Pro, and it will definitely be cheaper than the flagship smartphone.

As for the pricing, we will only know when the smartphones launch in Malaysia next Wednesday but we are expecting the smartphones to be at a very affordable price.
