The Realme 9i is the brand’s newest smartphone that claims to offer you a flagship-level experience in just under RM1,000, so let’s see what it has to offer.
First up is its 6.6-inch FHD IPS LCD display that pushes a 90Hz refresh rate and 180Hz touch sampling rate.
Although a higher refresh rate does mean higher battery consumption, the Realme 9i combats this issue by coming with a 5-level Refresh Rate Smart Adjustment. With this, the phone automatically adjusts the refresh rate based on your usage and saves up on the much needed battery life.
Under the hood, we have ourselves a Snapdragon 680 SoC, 4/6GB of RAM, and 128GB of internal storage. Moreover, it packs a 5,000mAh battery with support for 33W Dart Charge.
In the camera department, we’re getting a 50MP main camera, two 2MP sensors, along with a 16MP selfie camera.
The Realme 9i retails at RM799 for the 4GB+128GB model and RM869 for the 6GB+128GB model. However, only the latter will be available for pre-order and you’ll be gifted with Realme’s Buds Air 2 Neo.
