Realme is unveiling its 64MP main sensor in a quad-camera setup on August 8

Realme has already teased us with a 64MP smartphone not too long ago but now the smartphone manufacturer is ready to give us more — a realme phone with a quad-camera setup.

Realme has only offered us phones with at most two cameras on its back like the realme 3 and realme 3 Pro, and now they’re ready to take a leap — a big leap actually. Skipping a triple camera setup, realme wants its next smartphone to sport a quad-camera setup with a 64MP main camera, exceeding the current 48MP cameras found on a number of smartphones.

This quad-camera smartphone will be revealed on August 8 in New Delhi and other than its main camera, we’re not really expecting more surprises. The other three cameras can almost be guaranteed to be a telephoto lens, an ultra wide-angle lens and a depth sensor.

With the assumption that no other smartphone companies will be faster than realme, realme is going to take the first place in the race of 64MP camera in a smartphone.
