The successor to the realme 5 is finally launched in Malaysia via its livestream event. However, only the realme 6 is debuting today while the availability of the realme 6 Pro remains a mystery.
The realme 6 has a 6.5-inch display with a 90Hz refresh rate and 120 Hz sampling rate. On its punch-hole cutout, it houses a 16MP selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture and supports smart beauty mode, bokeh mode and of course, face unlock. It’s also a first for realme to include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor that’s also its power button.
Powered by the Helio G90T chipset, the realme 6 is made for gamers as it has faster framerates and can connect between two Wi-Fi bands for smoother game connection. Unfortunately, it only has one storage configuration which is 4GB RAM and 128GB storage. For gamers out there, this phone also has a hefty 4,300mAh battery that supports 30W Flash Charge.
