Realme 11 Pro 5G series to arrive on 20th July with 4x SuperZoom 200MP camera

It isn’t the first time we have seen a mid-range phone that has a 200MP camera, but it is probably the first we have seen that offers a 4x SuperZoom 200MP camera, along with a stunning design.

Realme is set to introduce the realme 11 Pro 5G series to Malaysia, and like its predecessor, the series will feature a Pro and Pro+ model. Both phones are expected to feature the same 6.7-inch OLED display that refreshes at 120Hz and Mediatek Dimensity 7050 chipset, the realme 11 Pro will have 8GB RAM and 256GB of storage while the realme 11 Pro+ will have 12GB RAM and 512GB of storage.

Leading the series, the realme 11 Pro+ has the upper hand in the camera department as the main camera is a 200-megapixel shooter that offers a lossless zoom known as SuperZoom, which essentially allows users to zoom into the sensor to get closer to their subjects and a pretty ingenious way of doing so without the need for a dedicated telephoto camera.

The main camera is further assisted by an 8-megapixel ultrawide and 2-megapixel macro cameras, while the front camera is a familiar 32-megapixel shooter.

As for the realme 11 Pro, it gets a dual camera treatment that features a 100-megapixel main camera and 2-megapixel macro lens, though it is unsure if the SuperZoom feature will be made available here, its front camera resolution has also been lowered down to 16-megapixel.

Aside from their powerful camera systems, the realme 11 Pro 5G series boast a master design on its exterior that involves a former fashion designer from Gucci, Matteo Menotto, the back is made with a premium lychee vegan leather and has a 3D woven texture that’s usually found on luxury bags and goodies.

Although both phones will be juiced by a 5000mAh battery, only the realme 11 Pro+ will get faster 100W SuperVOOC Flash Charging, while the realme 11 Pro will only support up to 67W SuperVOOC Flash Charging.

So, that’s pretty much on what we know about the realme 11 Pro 5G series, and the only thing left is price and availability, which we will have to find out on 20th July.
