Razer has announced a new wireless headset for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 which both are compatible with PC called the Razer Thresher Ultimate. The headset delivers wireless Dolby 7.1 surround sound for an immersive audio experience and capable of the highest audio bandwidth on consoles.
PS4 Edition
The 50 mm driver is surrounded with leatherette earcup with memory form for comfort, sound quality and noise isolation which is also available in cooling gel infused ear cushions for longer gaming sessions. The Thresher Ultimate has a connection range of 40 feet and comes with a retractable digital microphone for clear voice communications, it also comes with on-headset controls for mic volume, game and voice chat balance on PS4 and master volume on Xbox One.
Xbox One Edition
The headset is an officially licensed accessory design for all the Xbox One ranges including the newest and most powerful console, the Xbox One X. Both PS4 and Xbox One versions of the controllers will start shipping in June 2017 from Razerzone and worldwide in July 2017.
